Therefore, I here to help potential buyers to look into their financial status. Not only for property investment, I also able to guide 1st home buyers to get their 1st dream house by helping them how to get loan approval easily.

Besides that, I am also Team Leader cum Project Director of Nexsgen Realty. My duties not only to guide team members to achieve the highest goal set by developers, but also deal with developer marketing & lawyers for all purchasers' process. By leading few teams, weekly meeting & reviews held to monitor the sales target given.
